Steam the squid in a steamer rather than boiling it in water. This way it will be tender and delicious.
Cut the cabbage, carrot, cheongyang chili pepper, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Mix together gochujang 2T, water 2T, dark soy sauce 1T, maesil cheong 1T, sesame oil 1T, tuna sauce 1T, sugar 3T, vinegar 2T, and red pepper powder 1T to make the seasoning sauce.
Toss the steamed squid and vegetables in the seasoning sauce and you're done.
