In a pot, add 1L water, the fernbrake, and 1T rice flour. Once it boils, cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Cool the boiled fernbrake in cold water, then trim any tough parts with scissors.
In a bowl, combine the fernbrake with 2T soup soy sauce and 1T anchovy fish sauce, toss to coat, and marinate for 5 minutes.
Stir-fry the seasoned fernbrake in a pan, and when the moisture is nearly gone, add 180ml water, cover the lid, and steam-cook for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add 2T perilla oil, and toss lightly to combine.
