Soak the dried seaweed in water to rehydrate.
Soak the shredded dried pollack in water, then drain and trim.
In a pot, add the pollack, rehydrated seaweed, 2T sesame oil, and 600ml water, then simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes from the boiling point.
Add 1.5L more water, 1T minced garlic, and 2T tuna sauce, then boil thoroughly.
Taste and season with fine salt to finish.
