In a bowl, add green laver, 200ml water, and 3T coarse salt. Tear and knead the laver, then rinse 3 to 4 times until the water runs clear.
Squeeze out the moisture and place in a strainer.
Slice the wasabi pickled radish into long strips.
Combine 2T soup soy sauce, 1T sugar, 1T plum extract, 0.5T minced garlic, 2T vinegar, 0.5T sesame oil, and 1T sesame seeds to make the dressing.
Add the green laver, pickled radish, and dressing to a bowl and toss to finish.
