Blanch the beef in boiling water for 20 seconds
Cut the radish into rectangular slices (nabak), cut the green onion into large pieces, and prepare the tofu
Add the radish, beef, and 2L of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam that rises
Add the large-cut green onion, 1T of fine salt, and 1T of soup soy sauce, cover, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes
Remove the green onion, add the tofu, and simmer for 5 more minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt as needed
