Prepare the round fish cake balls and cut onion, carrot, green onion, and Cheongyang chili pepper.
In a bowl, combine water 4T, dark soy sauce 4T, corn syrup 2T, and minced garlic 1T to make the sauce.
Place the fish cake balls and sauce in a pan and stir-fry.
When the fish cakes are cooked through, add the onion and carrot and continue stir-frying.
Add green onion, Cheongyang chili pepper, and sesame oil 1T, then toss gently over residual heat.
