Mix pork 600g with red pepper flakes 3T, gochujang 1T, sugar 1T, mirin 2T, dark soy sauce 2T, minced garlic 1T, and black pepper 0.5T, toss well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
Prepare kimchi 600g, onion 1, green onion 1 stalk, and cheongyang chili pepper 2.
Add cooking oil 2T to a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork over medium heat.
When enough pork fat is rendered, add the kimchi and stir-fry together until it turns translucent.
Add water 2 cups (400ml) and boil until about half the liquid remains.
Add onion, green onion, and cheongyang chili pepper, then adjust the seasoning with 2~3 pinches of fine salt.
