Place dried squid strips in a bowl, pour in 2 shots of soju, gently massage, and let soak for 5 minutes
In a large bowl, mix together gochugaru 6T, anchovy fish sauce 4T, tuna sauce 2T, plum syrup 2T, minced garlic 1T, and oligosaccharide syrup 2T to create the seasoning paste
First toss the green onions evenly in the seasoning, then coat the soaked squid strips in the remaining seasoning; transfer the green onions to a kimchi container and fill the gaps with the seasoned squid strips
