Soak the beef in cold water for 10 minutes to remove the blood, then discard the water.
Wash the yeolgari thoroughly.
In a pan, add 3T mirin and the beef, then stir-fry.
Add 1.2L of water, bring to a boil, skim off the first foam, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes to make the broth.
Dissolve 3T doenjang through a strainer into the broth, then add the yeolgari, green onion, and 1T chili flakes and simmer for 10 minutes.
