Add apple, Korean pear, and onion along with 800ml water, 200ml soy sauce, 100ml oligosaccharide syrup, 100g sugar, 65ml green plum extract, 40ml sesame oil, and 40ml mirin to prepare the marinade.
Marinate 1.8kg of beef generously in the prepared marinade.
In spring/summer, leave at room temperature for 3 hours, then refrigerate for 20 hours; in fall/winter, keep in a cool place for one full day.
Cook in a pan with the marinade; if the marinade starts to burn, pour in one cup of water.
