Remove the top tip and trim to bite-sized pieces
Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces
Bring water to a boil with salt (1T), add garlic scapes, and blanch for 20 seconds
Heat cooking oil (2T) in a pan, add garlic scapes, and stir-fry for 1 minute
Add minced garlic (0.5T), dark soy sauce (2T), mirin (1T), and the sliced ham, and stir-fry
When fully cooked, turn off the heat and toss in oligosaccharide syrup (2T) and sesame oil (0.5T) using residual heat
