Cut the eggplant into large quarters
Add 500ml water to a steamer, and when steam rises, place the eggplant cut-side up and cover for 5 minutes
When done, open the lid and let it cool briefly
In a bowl, combine green onion, cheongyang chili pepper, 2 tbsp soup soy sauce, 1 tbsp tuna sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame oil to make the sauce
Once the eggplant is cooled, tear into bite-sized pieces and squeeze out excess moisture
Add the sauce to the torn eggplant, toss lightly, and sprinkle with sesame salt
