Cut the pork neck into bite-sized pieces, and dice the potatoes, onions, and carrots.
Heat butter in a pan and stir-fry the pork neck over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the potatoes, onions, and carrots, and stir-fry for another 3 minutes until the outer surface of the potatoes becomes translucent.
Add 600ml of water and simmer over medium heat until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Once all ingredients are cooked, add 4 curry roux blocks, 1T red pepper powder, and 1 cheongyang chili, stirring and simmering for 3 more minutes.
Continue simmering until you reach your desired consistency.
