Wash garlic chives thoroughly, remove 1cm from the bottom, then cut into 4-5 sections.
Clean squid with flour, cut into bite-sized pieces, and slice red chili pepper into rounds.
In a bowl, mix pancake mix 1.5 cups, frying mix 1.5 cups, water 2 cups, and anchovy fish sauce 0.5T to make batter.
Add garlic chives and squid to the batter and stir lightly to coat.
Heat a pan with generous oil over high heat, then spread the garlic chive batter in two batches.
Maintain high heat and flip when the edges turn caramel-colored.
