Remove the kimchi filling and chop the sour kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Do the same with the Cheongyang chili peppers.
Prepare equal amounts of pancake mix, sour kimchi, and water (1:1:1 ratio).
In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, sour kimchi, water, chili powder, kimchi liquid, and Cheongyang chili peppers to make the batter.
Heat a pan, add oil, pour in the batter, and spread it into an even layer.
Flip once, then flip again back to the original side for a perfectly shaped pancake.
