Dissolve 1 tablespoon of sea salt in 3 cups of water, add the oysters and gently rub to wash them. Repeat 2-3 times until the water becomes clear
While draining the oysters in a strainer, thinly slice the radish, cabbage, and garlic, and finely chop the Cheongyang chili
Add 1L of water, radish, and cabbage to a pot and bring to a boil
Once the radish is cooked, add the oysters, 1 garlic clove, 1T fermented shrimp paste, and 1/2T sea salt to season
Once the oysters are cooked through, turn off the heat immediately and add the Cheongyang chili
