Cut the tofu into large pieces and pat dry with a paper towel
Finely mince the Cheongyang peppers
Mix together dark soy sauce 2T, oyster sauce 1T, corn syrup 2T, mirin 2T, minced peppers, and water 2T to make the sauce
Heat 2T of cooking oil in a pan and pan-fry the tofu on all sides until golden
Reduce to low heat, add the sauce, and roll the tofu around until the sauce thickens, then drizzle with sesame oil and sesame seeds
