Soak the rice cakes in water for 10 minutes ahead of time, slice the green onion into small rounds, and beat the eggs.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil and 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, add the beef and stir-fry until the surface is cooked, then add 1 tbsp soup soy sauce and continue frying until the sauce caramelizes and sticks to the pan.
Pour 1.2L of water over the cooked beef and skim off the foam as it comes to a boil.
Add 1 tbsp anchovy fish sauce and 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, then add the soaked rice cakes and cook for 2~3 minutes until they float to the top.
Season with salt and pepper, add the green onion, then drizzle the beaten egg in a circle, wait a moment, and stir lightly.
