Prepare the peeled quail eggs and king oyster mushrooms.
Put water 1L, anchovy coins 2 pieces, quail eggs, mushrooms, dark soy sauce 100ml, sugar 3T, mirin 3T, corn syrup 3T, and minced garlic 1T into a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 30–40 minutes.
