Pat the tofu dry with paper towels
Cut the onion, green onion, and kimchi into bite-sized pieces
Make the seasoning sauce with 2T gochugaru, 2T dark soy sauce, 2T corn syrup, 1T mirin, 0.5T sugar, and 1T minced garlic
Heat 3T cooking oil in a pan and lightly pan-fry the tofu on both sides
Remove the tofu, then layer the onion, kimchi, and pan-fried tofu in the pan and add 500ml water
Spread the seasoning sauce on top, add the green onion and 1T sesame oil, and simmer for 10 minutes
