Trim and prepare the onion, Cheongyang chili peppers, potato, and zucchini
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the potato, zucchini, and onion until the potato becomes translucent
Pour in 400ml of water and boil until the potato is cooked through
In a bowl, combine dark soy sauce 2T, red pepper flakes 2T, tuna sauce 2T, plum extract 2T, mirin 1T, black pepper 0.5T, gochujang 2T, and minced garlic 1T to make the sauce
Once the potato is cooked, add another 200ml of water along with the sauce and tofu
Add the tuna and simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes until bubbling
