In a bowl, combine 2T gochujang, 2T soy sauce, 2T plum extract, 2T apple cider vinegar, 3T oligosaccharide syrup, 2T sesame oil, and 0.5T minced garlic to make the sauce
Cook 2 servings of noodles in 2L of boiling water for 4 minutes, adding 150ml of cold water every minute. When done, rinse with cold water
Toss the noodles with the kimchi and sauce. Serve on a plate with perilla leaves and chicory
