Add enough water to cover the dried radish strips and scrub well, washing 3 to 4 times.

Add the rice paste, 6T red pepper flakes, 3T anchovy fish sauce, 1T sugar, 2T oligosaccharide syrup, 2T plum extract, 2T brewed soy sauce, 2T minced garlic, 1T ginger powder, and 2T vinegar, and toss to combine.
