Cut onion and potato into cubes, slice zucchini into half-moons, tear oyster mushrooms by hand, slice green onion into rounds, and cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces
Heat grapeseed oil in a pot and when hot, add pork belly and stir-fry for 1 minute
Add gochujang and garlic paste and stir-fry together for 1 more minute
Pour in 800ml water, bring to a boil, then add only potatoes and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes
Add onion, zucchini, and mushrooms and simmer for 5 more minutes, then add Yondu and green onion to complete
