Soak the dried squid strips in water until submerged for 5 minutes.
Strain through a sieve and shake off the water well, then let drain for another 5 minutes.
Use your hands to carefully separate the tangled squid strips.
Mix together the plum extract syrup, soy sauce, cooking oil, oligodang, white sugar, mayonnaise, and gochujang to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce into a pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
Turn off the heat, add the separated squid strips, and toss until evenly coated.
