Mince the garlic and slice the onion into 1cm thick pieces
Pat the pork dry with a paper towel
Heat 3T of cooking oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until golden, then add pork and stir-fry together
When the pork is slightly cooked, reduce to medium heat and add 2T cooking rice wine, 1T plum extract, 1T black pepper, 1T sugar, and 2T soy sauce, stir-fry briefly then add onion
Add 4T coarse red pepper flakes, 5T gochujang, and 2T corn syrup; stir-fry on medium heat for 3 more minutes
