Cut the small green onions into quarters and thinly slice the cheongyang chili pepper.
Rub the cleaned squid with 2T flour, then rinse under running water.
Bring 600ml water and 1T salt to a boil, add the squid, and blanch for 40 seconds.
Pat the squid dry with paper towels, cut into bite-sized pieces, and season with 0.5T anchovy fish sauce.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup frying mix, 1 cup pancake mix, 0.5T salt, 1T Yondu, and 360ml water to make the batter.
Add the squid, small green onions, and chili pepper to the batter and mix.
Heat plenty of cooking oil in a pan, reduce to low heat, spread the batter in the pan, and cook until done to finish.
