Soak the prepared kodari in water with 2T vinegar and 1T salt for 20 minutes to thaw, then rinse.
Mix 8T soy sauce, 3T gochugaru, 1T sugar, 2T mirin, 2T minced garlic, and 0.5T minced ginger to make the sauce.
Prepare the onion, daikon radish, and green onion.
Lay the daikon at the bottom of a pot, then place onion and kodari on top. Add 500ml water, the sauce, and 1T vegetable oil. Boil for 15 minutes.
Add the green onion and cheongyang chili peppers and continue to boil thoroughly until done.
