Cut the radish into thin rectangular slices and slice the green onion lengthwise
Blanch the beef in boiling water for 10 seconds
Toss the radish with red pepper powder, then add 1T cooking oil and 1T perilla oil and stir-fry
Add enough water to cover the radish and simmer for at least 10 minutes until slightly reduced
Add more water, the blanched beef, 2T soup soy sauce, 2T tuna sauce, and 2T minced garlic, then bring to a boil
Add black pepper, sea salt, and green onion and simmer for 2-3 more minutes
