Add sugar 1T and curry powder 1T and mix to marinate
Mince the whole garlic, slice the onion, and cut the green onion into large pieces
In a bowl, combine red pepper paste 2T, red pepper powder 4T, mirin 2T, starch syrup 2T, black pepper 1T, and green plum extract 1T to make the sauce
Heat cooking oil 3T in a pan, stir-fry minced garlic first, then add the pork and stir-fry together
Add brewed soy sauce 2T to coat with soy flavor, then add onion, sauce, and green onion in sequence
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil 1T
