Rinse the dried pollack fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces, and squeeze out excess moisture
Slice the radish into thin rectangles and prepare the bean sprouts
Add 2T perilla oil to a pot and lightly stir-fry the pollack
Add 1.5L water, 1T minced garlic, 2T anchovy fish sauce, 1T soup soy sauce, and radish; bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes
Add bean sprouts, tofu, green onion, and cheongyang pepper; cook uncovered at a boil for 5 more minutes
Add 0.5T salt and adjust seasoning to taste
