Dice the zucchini and onion, mince the cheongyang chili peppers, and crumble the tofu removing as much water as possible
Heat perilla oil (1T) and cooking oil (1T) in a clay pot, add minced garlic (1T), diced zucchini, and onion, and stir-fry over low heat
When the vegetables become translucent, add doenjang (2T) and gochujang (1T) and continue stir-frying
Add water (200ml) and when it comes to a boil, add the crumbled tofu and minced chili peppers, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
