Remove the squid tentacles, add 3T flour and 1T sea salt, scrub well, and rinse.
Slice the squid, add 1T mirin and 1T fish sauce, and marinate for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, combine 6T red pepper powder, 4T dark soy sauce, 2T corn syrup, 1T sugar, 1T minced garlic, 0.5T black pepper powder, and 0.5T curry powder to make the sauce, then mix with the squid.
Cut the green onion and onion into large pieces. Heat 3T cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion first.
When the onion becomes translucent, add the marinated squid and stir-fry on high heat. If the sauce starts to stick, add 90ml water and keep stir-frying.
Add the green onion, turn off the heat, and drizzle with 1T sesame oil to finish.
