Peel and thinly slice radish.
Mix radish with salt 3T and sugar 1T and marinate for 1 hour.
Blend half pear, 1 onion, 10 garlic cloves, water 200ml, glutinous rice flour 2T until smooth.
Place a cheesecloth over a bowl and squeeze out the juice.
Slice red chili peppers diagonally and rinse in water; cut chives into large pieces.
Transfer marinated radish to a kimchi container and add blended juice, mineral water 2L, soju 1 cup, plum extract 4T, and season with flower salt.
Add chives and red chili peppers, leave at room temperature for one day, then refrigerate.
