Stir-fry the pork in a pot first until fat renders, then add kimchi and stir-fry over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Add gochujang, doenjang, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and ginger and stir-fry for 1 more minute.
Pour in 500ml water and bring to a boil, skimming off foam in the middle.
Add onion and tofu and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Add 1/2 tsp coffee powder.
Add green onion and boil for 2 more minutes, then turn off the heat and add a few drops of sesame oil to taste.
