Put dried pollack strips in a pan and lightly toast over medium heat.
Soak the dried pollack strips in cold water for 3 minutes, then remove bones and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the radish and cut into bite-sized pieces; prepare green onion, cheongyang chili pepper, and onion.
In a bowl, mix dark soy sauce 10T, tuna fish sauce 2T, red chili pepper powder 2T, corn syrup 2T, mirin 2T, and minced garlic 1T to make the sauce.
In a pot, add radish, green onion, onion, cheongyang chili pepper, dried pollack strips, and sauce, then pour in 800ml of water.
With the lid open, bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat, then uncover and continue cooking until the sauce is almost fully reduced (total 25 minutes).
