Rinse the rice cakes 3 times in cold water and soak. Cut the fish cake and green onion into large pieces.
Boil water, add the rice cakes, and remove when they float. Blanch the fish cakes and remove.
While boiling 700ml water in a pot, prepare the sauce (1T gochujang, 2T red pepper powder, 1 packet ramen seasoning, 1T dark soy sauce, 1T sugar, 2T corn syrup, 2T water).
Once the water boils, add the sauce, then the rice cakes, fish cakes, and green onion. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Place the ramen noodles in the center and cook for another 5 minutes.
