Wash the bean sprouts. If there are many bean husks, fill with water and let them float away.
Add bean sprouts and water 200ml, cover with a lid, and once steam rises, cook on low heat for 3 minutes 30 seconds.
Transfer the cooked bean sprouts to a wide bowl or strainer and let them cool slightly.
Add red pepper flakes 3 tablespoons to the cooled bean sprouts and mix to coat with color.
Add fine salt 1/2 tablespoon, minced garlic 1 tablespoon, tuna sauce 1 tablespoon, and sesame oil 1 tablespoon and mix well.
