Prepare the potatoes, onion, cheongyang chili pepper, and carrot.
Bring 1L of water with 1T salt to a boil, then add the shredded potatoes and blanch for 3 minutes.
Rinse the blanched potatoes once in water to remove starch, then drain in a strainer.
Heat 4T cooking oil in a pan, add the potatoes and stir-fry, then add onion, carrot, cheongyang chili pepper, 1T tuna sauce, and 1T mirin.
Add 0.5T seasoned salt and stir-fry lightly to finish.
