Rub the cleaned squid with flour 3T and sea salt 1T, then rinse with water
Remove the tentacles, score and slice the squid, then marinate with anchovy fish sauce 1T and mirin 1T for 10 minutes
Prepare onion, green onion, and cheongyang chili pepper
Mix red pepper flakes 6T, dark soy sauce 4T, corn syrup 2T, sugar 1T, minced garlic 2T, mirin 2T, and black pepper 1T to make the sauce
Heat chili oil 1T and cooking oil 2T in a pan and stir-fry onion, green onion, and cheongyang chili pepper
Add the marinated squid and sauce and stir-fry quickly over high heat
Turn off heat, add sesame oil 1T, and lightly toss using residual heat
