Dissolve 3T sea salt in 600ml water to make brine, soak sweet potato vine for 15 minutes, then peel off the skin.
Once water boils, add 1T sea salt and sweet potato vine, blanch for 5 minutes.
Rinse the blanched sweet potato vine multiple times in cold water to remove heat.
In a bowl, add sweet potato vine, onion, 2T soy sauce, 2T fish sauce, 1T perilla oil, 1T minced garlic, and toss well to marinate.
Slice the prepared vegetables.
In a heated pan, add 2T oil, add the marinated sweet potato vine and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add all vegetables and stir-fry until cooked, then add ground perilla seeds.
