Cut cabbage leaves into bite-sized pieces, slice radish into thin rectangles, thinly slice cheongyang chili pepper, and diagonally slice green onion.
Heat perilla oil 1T in a pot, stir-fry the beef, then pour in water 1.5L.
Add fermented soybean paste 2T, minced garlic 1T, cabbage, and radish and simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
Add bean sprouts, red pepper flakes 2T, green onion, cheongyang chili pepper, and fine salt, then simmer for 5 more minutes.
