Rinse the rice cakes 3 times in water.
Mix gochujang 1T, red chili pepper powder 5T, corn syrup 5T, sugar 1T, tuna fish sauce 2T, and dark soy sauce 1T to make the sauce.
Blanch the rice cakes and fish cakes in boiling water. Remove rice cakes when they float; remove fish cakes immediately.
Blend 3 pieces of fish cake with 700ml of water in a blender until smooth to make fish cake broth.
In a pot, combine fish cake broth, sauce, rice cakes, and remaining fish cakes and bring to a boil.
Add green onion and cook to your liking, then turn off the heat and serve.
