Wash the seomcho 2-3 times thoroughly and mince half a green onion stalk.
Bring 1L water with 1T sea salt to a rolling boil, then briefly blanch the seomcho just until wilted.
Quickly rinse the blanched seomcho in cold water, then squeeze out all moisture thoroughly.
Season the seomcho with minced green onion, 0.5T minced garlic, 0.5T soy sauce, 0.5T tuna sauce, a pinch of fine salt, 1T sesame oil, and 2T sesame salt and toss to combine.
