Make salt water with 2L of water and 1/2 cup of salt, soak the sweet potato stems for 20 minutes, then peel the skin
Add 2T of sea salt to 2L of water, add the sweet potato stems, and boil for 3 minutes once at a boil
When well cooked, quickly rinse in cold water, squeeze out excess water, cut into bite-sized pieces, and place on a strainer
Blend 5 red chili peppers, 10 garlic cloves, 1 piece of ginger, 1 onion, half a bowl of cold rice, 2T salted shrimp, 1T sugar, and 100ml water in a blender
Add red pepper powder (1/2 cup), anchovy fish sauce (1/4 cup), and plum extract (1/4 cup) to the boiled stems and mix for the first round
Add the blended sauce mixture and mix again, then refrigerate immediately
