Boil wooden skewers in water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar to sterilize, then let them dry.
Sift frying mix through a strainer onto a wide plate to create a fine, even layer.
Cut king oyster mushroom, crab-flavored fish stick, pickled radish, chives, and ham to the same size and length.
Thread the ingredients onto the skewer in this order: ham - pickled radish - chives - king oyster mushroom - crab-flavored fish stick.
Lay the skewer over the sifted frying mix and sift another layer of frying mix on top.
In a bowl, combine 0.5T minced garlic, 2 whole eggs, 1 egg yolk, and a pinch of salt; whisk well.
Coat skewers with the egg batter and pan-fry over medium-low heat, turning to cook evenly.
