Wash the black soybeans thoroughly, soak them in 800ml of water with 1T of salt in the refrigerator for 5 to 8 hours
Place the soaked beans in a pot, add enough of the soaking water to cover, add 1 sheet of dried kelp and 1T of olive oil, and boil for 10 minutes once boiling
Remove the kelp and add dark soy sauce (4T), corn syrup (2T), and mirin (2T), stirring and simmering
When almost fully reduced, turn off the heat, let it cool slightly, and add sesame seeds to taste
