Place the seaweed in a pan over low heat and lightly toast both sides.
Put the seaweed in a clean zipper bag and crush into small pieces.
Slice the cucumber and red chili pepper and set aside.
In 1L of water, add soup soy sauce 2T, plum syrup 1T, sugar 0.5T, vinegar 3T, and minced garlic 0.5T, then add the crushed seaweed and let it soak well.
Add ice, cucumber, red chili pepper, red pepper powder, and sesame salt to finish.
