Cut green onion, potato, and zucchini into large pieces, rinse the bean sprouts, slice the soft tofu into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with a pinch of fine salt.
In a pot, stir-fry 2T cooking oil, 1T coarse red pepper powder, 1T fine red pepper powder, 1T minced garlic, and green onion.
Add 100ml of water.
When the green onion becomes translucent, add 800ml water, 1/2T gochujang, zucchini, potato, 1/2T tuna sauce, and the ramen seasoning packet, then bring to a boil.
When the potato is cooked, add half a pack of ramen noodles, bean sprouts, and soft tofu.
