Soak the dried pollack in water for 2 minutes
Cut the radish into thin rectangular slices, dice the onion, halve and slice the zucchini into half-moons, thinly slice the green onion and chili peppers, and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces
Squeeze out the water from the dried pollack and cut into large pieces
Heat perilla oil (1T) in a clay pot, add the dried pollack and sliced radish, and stir-fry

Once the broth turns milky, add 2 more cups of water, doenjang (3T), onion, zucchini, and tofu, and boil vigorously, then add green onion, cheongyang chili peppers, and red pepper powder (1T) and bring to a final boil
